BRIEF Announce Emirates’ new route to Cape Town.
SOLUTION Users online could literally say hello to Cape Town, and watch the reaction live.
Interactive billboards in Cape Town are equipped a digital screen, speakers and webcam.
Online ads stream the webcam footage : online users can enter their name and press the ’say hello to capetown’ button, and a pre-recorded voice in the interactive billboards will say “hello” in Cape Town. The user online can watch the reaction of passers-by in Cape Town to their ‘hello’.
The billboard in Cape Town, as well as saying hello, also shows the message ‘zoe in london just said hello’.
The website would show the different locations of the billboards in Cape Town where you can say hello (top of table mountain, long street, the beach etc).
